Wedding stationery timelines can be confusing and a bit vague. Custom work requires extra time for the design process in addition to the regular timeline of production.

Ellywise Studios Custom Stationery:

1. Begin designing Save the Dates 11-12mo

2. Design finalized and Save the Dates in production 9-10mo

3. Address Save the Dates

4. Mail Save the Dates 8mo

5. Invitation Design design begins 6mo

6. Invitation Suite design finalized and in production 5mo

7. Calligrapher & Assembly 4mo

8. Mail Suites 8wks

9. Design begins for Day-Of Pieces (programs, table numbers, place cards etc) 4mo

10. Day-Of Pieces move to production 1mo

11. Day-Of Pieces ready for pickup (needs extra time for shipping if applicable) 2wks

12. RSVP Deadline for guests 2-3wks

13. Wedding Day!

14. Sending Thank You Notes 2-4wks post
